I book my Cityscoot, but the “free” LED remains lit

When you book a cityscoot, the “free” LED goes off after a moment. The moped is accessible to you for 10 min.If the LED does remain lit even after a few minutes, it means that the moped did lose the GPS signal, the booking has not reached the moped.

Our mopeds are equipped with a sim card, just like your smartphone! Therefore they might be sensitive to network signals.

You may have to cancel the rental and book another one, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Of course, the related rental will not be charged.
