Why does Cityscoot inform me of a ticket or impoundment ?

As soon as we are informed by the relevant authorities that a fine has been issued for your rental, you will receive an email notification from us.  

We meticulously look for the driver who was driving the moment, or the user who did park the moped wrong at the end of the rental. If the moped was picked up to a tow yard, you will also be charged for it.

We do reassign the fine on the authorities’ online platform by providing your contact details, you will be able to pay or dispute the offense. You will receive the ticket directly from the state administration by email or by post at home.
