If you are injured, first call the emergency services (SAMU, fire brigade) by dialing 112.

Afterwards, you will receive an email from us and you will have to answer it to explain the circumstances of the situation. The insurance deductible may be due depending on the state of the moped when it is checked by our dedicated teams.
