The moped does not go off, what should I do ?

When you finish your rental, the moped’s screen turns off and a green light on the keypad lights up. This is the end of rental confirmation. 

If the screen does not turn off, there may be a contact failure: repeat the procedure by pushing the red ON-OFF button to the right and then to the left to OFF again.

This should finally trigger the end of rental process (10 second countdown during which you press the END button on the keypad).

Contact us immediately if your manipulations are not successful. 

Never leave the vehicle until the green light on the keypad is on.
