The keyboard displays an error (E1, E2, E3…)

Our mopeds are equipped with a sim card, just like your smartphone! Therefore they might be sensitive to network signal.

If the keyboard displays an error (E1, E2,…E8) at the end of the rental, contact us immediately.

We will intervene remotely to fix it and adjust your rental duration when it is relevant.

An error doesn’t prevent you from driving, it may even fix itself moving to another spot. Always make sure to park correctly at the end of the rental.
