I received a fine, what should I do ?

Cityscoot notifies you of any fines related to your rentals. You will then receive the official document in your name (note: this may take several weeks). 

Once you receive it, you can pay or contest the ticket with the authorities. Follow the instructions that will be given to you. 

We recommend that you act quickly to avoid any additional charges.
